The Challenge
As leaders of their industry, the client was not satisfied with how obscure their Employee Value Proposition (EVP) was to both their existing employees and the prospective talent that they would like to employ.
They broke their challenges into three categories: The Uninformed challenge, The Communication Challenge and The Perception Challenge.
Our Solution
During the second quarter of 2024, we conducted a brand audit on the organisation to help us identify the possible gaps that hinder the amplification of the organisation’s EVP internally and externally. Our findings led us to a resolve – a golden opportunity to link SANBS purpose and values with that of its people. We were confident that this would illustrate how working for the organisation can enable them to achieve the things they want through their continued work.
Adding value and advancing careers
In the fourth quarter of 2024, more and more employees across South Africa began to tap into some of the benefits they had available for them within the organisation. According to the Human Capital Management (HCM) division at SANBS, employees are now inclined to know and understand the value of their benefits.
