Our Solution

We were commissioned to develop a Safety and Wellness campaign for Verb Logistics truck drivers. Their staff complement is a composition of drivers of different nationalities and of different literacy levels as well. True to our expertise, we developed a Campaign strategy that led with simplifying the most complex of compliance and safety regulation standards in a relatable manner according to the segmentation of the audience. Furthermore, we also developed elements in various languages to ensure that the drivers had the privilege of consuming campaign content in their preferred languages.

The Challenge

With a fleet of over 300 trucks that move daily around the clock across the SADC region, Verb Logistics began to encounter a series of road accidents that came as a result of driver non-adherence. Behaviours such as drinking & driving, speeding and dangerous overtaking were the order of the day.
